Licensing Details

Option 1: Lifetime License after 12 Months of Subscription

Subscription payments recur monthly. After completing all 12 months of payment, the subscription terminates automatically and you will receive a permanent license to use the product for life-time!
Custom reporting feature is included in this license.
You may receive priority support and upgrade to all newer versions released throughout your subscription term.
At the end of the one year subscription, you may either subscribe to annual support/upgrade extension or choose to continue with your current version without support service.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may cancel your subscription any time. Canceling your payment automatically terminates your subscription license and all rights to use the software.
For multiuser access, just open the order page for the subscription item above and fill in the number of users you need into the quantity box.
You will get a registration key after your purchase which will remove the trial limitations of the registered product.
No further installation is required, your existing data will not be affected.
You may install the software to as many computers as the the number of users you purchased.
This license model applies to new customers / license purchases only, it cannot be combined with a pre-existing perpetual license.
This license cannot be used as an upgrade tool if you have an older version of SpeedBase.

Option 2: Lifetime License with One Time Payment

There are no recurring payments. Payment is made once and you may use the software for lifetime.
You will get a registration key after your purchase which will remove the trial limitations of the registered product.
No further installation is required, your existing data is not affected.
SpeedBase Professional (single user): You may install SpeedBase Professional on a single computer. You are allowed however to install the software on your second computer if you own two computers like one for business, another for home.
Beware that multiuser connection is not possible with this license even if you own multiple single user licenses.
SpeedBase Teamwork (multiuser): You may install SpeedBase Teamwork as many computers as the user limit of your license.
You may maintain as many active user accounts in a SpeedBase database as the user limit of your license.

How do I Receive Version Upgrades & Support?

Monthly Subscription Plan: You are eligible for priority support and all version updates for free during your subscription. At the end of your license subscription, you are recommended to subscribe to annual support/upgrade services.

Lifetime License: All license orders include annual support/upgrade subscription by default and we highly recommend you not to opt out because subscriptions together with a license is free for the first year, that means, you will receive unlimited support and new version updates for one year without any additional payment. On top of that, your subscription will auto-renew the following year at a greatly discounted price.

If you opt-out the support/upgrade subscription during your license purchase or cancel it before the renewal date, you may keep and continue with the current version you have without further support/upgrade services. While you may start a new subscription at any desired time, we do recommend to keep your initial subcription active to avoid the significantly higher first year charge of starting a new subscription. (see renewal prices above)

How do I Upgrade to Multiuser (TeamWork) Edition?

If you have previously bought Pro edition, you may upgrade to Teamwork edition by purchasing "Upgrade to SpeedBase TeamWork". You will receive a new license key which will upgrade your software to TeamWork edition with the number of users shown on order page. Your existing data is not affected and no installation is required.

Beware that it is not possible to upgrade to multiuser license (i.e. concurrent multiuser access) by purchasing another copy of SpeedBase Professional (single user) license. Contact us if you have any questions.
